Das Vektorgrafikprogramm Inkscape ist standardmäßig nicht mit Linux Mint installiert.
Installation aus den offiziellen Paketquellen:
sudo apt-get install inkscape
Installation per apturl 
Installation als Flatpak: (Version 1.3.2)
flatpak install flathub org.inkscape.Inkscape
Download flatpakref Flathub
Das Programm ist anschließend über ► Grafik ► Inkscape verfügbar.
